Venue Registration - Arts Walk Fall 2025

Register as a venue for Fall Arts Walk 2025, Friday, Oct. 3 from 5-10pm & Saturday, Oct. 4 from 12-6pm!
Join us in celebrating art and community while energizing Olympia with creativity and connection. This registration form is for local businesses and organizations hosting artists, performers, art events, or activities at their location during this unique event.

As a registered participant, you’ll enjoy:

  • Inclusion in the official print guide, featuring an illustrated map with locations and featured listings of the participating venues.

  • Featured artists receive 2 years of eligibility to apply for the Arts Walk cover artist commission.
  • Opportunity to be recognized by the Arts Walk Innovation Awards!
Key Details:
  • Event Dates: October 3-4, 2025 (Friday 5-10 PM, Saturday 12-6 PM). Times may be subject to change.
  • Registration Deadline: July 31, 2025, by 11:59 PM.
  • Eligibility: Open to Olympia-based businesses and organizations showcasing original or limited-edition works from artists of all mediums, forms of expression, and skill levels.
  • Fee: Pay-what-you-choose, starting at $35.

Important: Hosting businesses and organizations must submit one registration form and fee per location, along with their plans to present at least one art activity, performance, event, or exhibit during Fall Arts Walk.

The registration form also includes an option for venues to request staff assistance in connecting with artists or performers. This is ideal for locations that have not yet secured participants or would like to add more talent to enhance their fall showcase.

MORE INFO: The Innovation Awards provide Arts Walk the opportunity recognize, honor, and encourage innovation and community engagement through the arts by sharing the stories and intentions behind recognized projects. Up to five recipients are chosen each Arts Walk by City staff, a past recipient, and a member of the Arts Commission based on the event information submitted during Arts Walk registration.

Awardees are then highlighted in event publications and receive complementary registration for the following Olympia Arts Walk.

SELECTION CRITERIA
ART: Applies a thoughtful approach to how components of the overall exhibition come together.
EXPERIENCE: Uses an Innovative approach that engages the viewer in an unexpected way.
COMMUNITY: Contributes extra effort to build connections and foster growth in the community.
