Arts Market Interest Form - Fall 2025

Accepting Interest Forms Now - July 15 for participant in the Arts Market, this Fall Arts Walk!

Participation Details

• Market Hours: Friday, Oct. 3 (5-10PM) and Saturday, Oct. 4 (12-6pm). Vendors can set up starting 3 hours before on Friday and have 1.5 hours for teardown after closing on Saturday. (Dates and times subject to change.)
• Booth Options: Each artist or group may request one 10x10 booth space ($60 per space) or a half-space shared with another vendor. Fees are collected after reservations are confirmed.
• Requirements: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and any additional furniture to display their works.
• Promotional benefits: Vendor information posted on the event website
• Eligibility: Items sold must be original works of art or craft created by the vendor or their group. Please be ready with two images to submit with your form: one work sample for review and one to represent your wonk on the Arts Walk website.
• Future Opportunities: Participants are eligible to apply as the Arts Walk cover artist for the next two years.
• Placement: Space in the Arts Market is limited, and submitting an Interest Form does not guarantee participation. Applicants will either be offered a space—along with a deadline to confirm—or placed on the Arts Market Waitlist in the order that Interest Forms are received. All applicants will be notified of their status by July 16.
  Offers that are not confirmed by the deadline will be canceled, and the space will be offered to those on the waitlist.
  Once they've confirmed, vendors will receive instructions and a due date for submitting payment to finalize their reservation. If payment is not submitted by the deadline, the space will be released and reassigned to someone on the waitlist.
