This registration form is for local businesses and organizations hosting artists, performers, art events, or activities at their location during this unique event.

Key Details:

Event Dates: April 24-25, 2026 (Friday, 5-10 PM & Saturday, 12-6 PM). Times may be subject to change.
Registration Deadline: January 31, 2026, by 11:59 PM.
Fee: Pay-what-you-choose, starting at $38.
Eligibility: Open to Olympia-based businesses and organizations with physical locations to serve as their venue for showcasing original or limited-edition works from artists of all mediums, forms of expression, and skill levels.

Important: Hosting businesses and organizations must submit one registration form per location, along with their plans to present at least one art activity, performance, event, or exhibit during Spring Arts Walk.

The registration form also includes an option for venues to request staff assistance in connecting with artists or performers. This is ideal for locations that have not yet secured participants or would like to add more talent to enhance their spring showcase.

The designated guide for Arts Walk attendees is a printed map publication. As these take take several weeks to prepare, please provide all essential event details—who, what, where, and when—so the information can be included and readily available to attendees.

Printed maps are distributed to venues 2-3wks before Arts Walk. How would you like to receive yours?

Delivered by hand to the venue location during weekday hrs: 9am to 12pm.

NOTE: If your venue runs out of maps there will be extras available at the front desk of The Olympia Center for you to restock your supply.

Additional promo materials will be mailed to you approximately 1 month before the event. Once received, please hang your poster in your event location's window to help generate buzz and anticipation for the event.

Please specify whether to mail these to your venue or to an alternate address provided here.

Materials will be mailed in a 9"x12" envelope.

Although not a requirement, participating venues are encouraged to be open for attendees during Arts Walk event hours (Friday 5PM - 10PM and Saturday 12PM - 6PM). If your venue will not be open to attendees during these times, please specify your hours of operation.

Additionally, please provide closing hours if you will open later than Arts Walk hours. Many folks like to keep the celebration going.
