Arts Market Interest Form - Spring 2026

Accepting Interest Forms Now - January 31 for participation in the Arts Market at Percival Landing during Olympia Spring Arts Walk!

Participation Details

  • Market Hours: Friday, April 24 (5-10PM) and Saturday, April 25 (12-6pm). Vendors can set up starting 3 hours before on Friday and have 1.5 hours for teardown after closing on Saturday. (Dates and times subject to change.)
  • Booth Options: Each artist or group may request one 10x10 booth space ($63 per space) or a half-space (32$), to be shared with another vendor. Fees are collected after reservations are confirmed.
  • Requirements: Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, portable lighting (electric outlets will not be available), and any additional furniture to display their works. For safety, all tents are required to be weighted with a minimum 25lb weight per leg. Vendors are also responsible for preparing their spaces for inclement weather and keeping their items from protected from the elements.
  • Promotional benefits: Vendor information posted on the event website's featured Arts Market page.
  • Eligibility: Items sold must be original works of art or craft created by the vendor or their group. Please be ready with at least one work sample image. Applicants may upload an optional second marketing image to represent them on the Arts Walk website.
  • Future Opportunities: Participants are eligible to apply as the Arts Walk cover artist for the next two years.
  • Placement: Space in the Arts Market is limited and assigned in order of applications received. Submission of an Interest Form does not guarantee participation. Once all spaces have been accounted for, new applicants will placed on the Arts Market Waitlist. Applicants will be notified within approximately 1 week or less from receipt of their form with either an offer for a space and deadline they must confirm the reservation by, or of placement on the waitlist. Offers not confirmed by the deadline will be canceled, and the space will be offered to waitlisted applicants.
    If you are offered a space, please read all communications from Arts Walk staff thoroughly.
