VENUE REGISTRATION AND QUESTIONNAIRE

This registration form is for local businesses and organizations hosting artists, performers, art events, or activities at their location during this unique event.

To participate, hosting businesses/organizations must submit one registration form and fee per location, along with their plans to present at least one art activity, performance, event, or exhibit during Fall Arts Walk.

The registration form also includes an option for venues to request staff assistance in connecting with artists or performers. This is ideal for locations that have not yet secured participants or would like to add more talent to enhance their fall showcase.

The following section collects information used to create your Arts Walk webpages.

Each participating venue receives a dedicated venue page featuring information to help visitors learn more about your business or organization.

Additionally, an event webpage is provided to promote their featured acts with work samples, detailed event descriptions, artist biographies and statements, and links that help audiences connect with the artists beyond their Arts Walk visit.
