ADRESS: LGM STUDIO, 114 CAPITOL WAY NORTH, OLYMPIA, WA. HOURS: THURSDAY - SUN, NOON TO 5PM OR BY APPOINTMENT. JEAN WILL BE GALLERY SITTING DURING THESE TIMES, AND WE INVITE YOU TO STOP BY, APRIL 2 - APRIL 30. MASKS + VACCINATIONS REQUIRED.

" ENAMEL BUTTONS, LIKE DICE AND MONEY IN JEAN'S EARLIER WORK, ARE A FOCUS: SMALL, HUMBLE, ESSENTIAL, EASILY HIDDEN, PERSONAL, AND BEAUTIFUL. HANKIES AND BUTTONS ARE OBJECTS WITH BOTH CULTURAL AND AESTHETIC PURPOSE. THE LAYERING OF WORN-OUT HANKIES AND NEWLY ENAMELED BUTTONS PROVIDE A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF IMPERMANENCE AND PERMANENCE, CREATING VISUAL METAPHORS FOR GRIEF."
