ABOUT THE ARTISTS

Kevin Box
Kevin Box is the definition of an approachable expert. This warm, master blacksmith has translated his passion for finely tuned, functional tools into culinary gold; passionate about creating knives and kitchenware that make cooking and entertaining a joy, he believes everyone can be a great cook with the right tools and inspiration. Kevins tools are designed for unique people and spaces, and he enjoys working with individuals to create the perfect custom tool for their needs. Whether you've never touched a grindstone or have been blacksmithing for ages, you're likely to find something of value in Kevin's perspective.

Eunsil Kim

Eunsil Kim is an innovative world-changer. Born and raised in Korea, she started studying ceramics in California and went on to work under Korean Master Potters. "Ever since one pound of clay grabbed my hands and wouldn't let go twenty years ago, I've been making and teaching art" says Eunsil. Every piece of artwork she makes has a story behind it; the stories might be her dreams, fantasies, life experiences, or real current issues, but all of her finished pieces contain the narrative of her life. She's more than happy to share those stories with you. Eunsil's world is one where form meets function and the possibilities are endless - what mark might you leave on the otherwise boring, banal, or overlooked? What beauty and joy can you breathe into the objects you rely on day-to-day? We hope you give her a visit and start your exploration!
